Are You Ready to Discover Who You Are Meant to Be?

First, congratulations for taking this step to get to this opening part of your journey. If you are like most people, then you’ve probably spent a lot of your life trying to figure out who you are and what you’re supposed to do with your life. It’s a big question. I believe that the first step to finding out who you are is to get in touch with your true self.

What does that mean? It means getting rid of all the nonsense that’s been cluttering up your mind and heart for far too long. It means letting go of all the shoulds, coulds, and woulds. It means forgetting about what other people think and believe – about who you’re supposed to be and what you’re supposed to do.

It’s time to start listening to yourself. It’s time to start following your heart.

What does your heart tell you? What are your deepest desires? What makes you happy? These are the things that you need to focus on.

Stop worrying about what other people think. Stop trying to please everyone. Start living your life for yourself.

Get in touch with your true self and start living the life you were meant to live!

If you’re ready to discover who you are, then I invite you to join me on this journey. Click here to learn more about my program, Master Your Story.

As part of the Master Your Story program we will guide you through your past experiences, into the present moment, and help you design a path forward that not only helps you but helps your community.

So let’s get started. Grab your journal and a pen. This exercise needs at least 72 hours. We suggest on Day 1 you write down your initial thoughts. Day 2 you review them, taking time to add in anything you think you need. Day three write up a one-page description of your answers for each question.

Ask yourself the following five questions to get started on discovering your true self:

  1. What are my deepest desires?
  2. What makes me happy?
  3. What do I love to do?
  4. What are my strengths and weaknesses?
  5. Who am I meant to be?

Take some time to really think it through. Once you have your answers, it’s time to start taking action.
